Leader

A leader

Is someone

Who never gives up.

He is a warrior

Who motivates

Himself and others.

He is someone

Who toils

Day and night.

Brings up

The weak members

And trains them.

Looks at

The positive side

As well as the negative.

Even if

He is struggling

A lot, he never reveals it.

He fights

Till the end,

And emerges victorious.

Leads his team

Towards

Victory.

Even if, thorns

Appear

On his way, he moves on.

Bears the pain

Silently

And makes progress.

A leader

Is a guiding

Star.

The one

who leads his members

To the final destination.
